Stylist

Shara Marquez

Hello Beauties! I’m Shara Marquez from the border city of El Paso. I didn’t intend on becoming a hairdresser, but a two week vacation to NYC turned into a three year stay and starting Beauty School at LIBS in Brooklyn. As a young girl my room was covered with cutouts from fashion magazines and I’d cover my books with W (a newspaper back then). To this day magazines are my favorite source of inspiration. I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for twenty years now. My start was at Remedios, a hair and art studio also an Aveda concept salon. Then I worked at Osgood O’Neal for ten years where they pride themselves on education. Through Davines they gave me the greatest gift of traveling the world for education. Then a time for change came and I spent five years at Songbird Society. Now close to a year at Craft & Company where I have more time to travel and experience what this world has to offer giving me more inspiration through Mother Nature. I love being considered a Jaír strategist. Consultations are not just about what you want in that appointment but what your hair goals are and how we can reach them. Here’s to positive change in us and the world around us! XOXO

Stylist

Tiffanie Zaharko

Trained by Wella for Balayage in New York and more specifically in the Devachaun technique for curly hair cutting and styling, Tiffanie has taken her craft beyond the classroom and into salons on both coasts. For more than 17 years, from various salons in the Portland metro area, to a 5 year stint in Brooklyn, NY, and now Dallas, Tiffanie has learned that hair has a mind of its own. This knowledge paired with her expertise in communication make sure that whichever idea enticed you into the salon will be a reality when you leave her chair.
